Martin Grant Homes is seeking community feedback on proposals for approximately 45 new homes on this site ‘Land east of Smithers Drive’ – which will provide more affordable housing to Great Baddow, whilst creating new public open spaces.
On this website, you will be able to read through the current planning proposals and provide feedback on these proposals. Your feedback is a crucial part of the development process for these plans and which will be reviewed against the existing proposal. This is ahead of the planning submission, which is expected later this year.
